Customer's complaints are monitored at once and strict disciplinary action being taken on erring drivers and employees. This is unavoidable as the credibility of the company depends totally on the behavior of the employees. However, such disciplinary action has helped to improve the service.

CHANDRA's recent foray is into Speed Parcel Service. The Company was initially using its own buses for transporting goods to various destinations. As there was growing demand, the company also started Speed Parcel Service Private Limited which covers in Rajasthan, Punjab, Delhi, chandigarh. The company has large fleet of LCV's transporting more than 10,000 packets every day. SERVICES OFFERED :
